What We Offer

Learning Environment

Students at Sacred Heart are encouraged to achieve their potential in a safe and caring environment.

There are currently over 200 students enrolled at Sacred Heart Primary from K-6.

We have a holistic approach to education (focusing on spiritual, academic, emotional, social and physical development).

Resources

The school itself also offers many attractive features for the 21st Century learner, including:

  • the Sacred Heart Church on the school site
  • a Parish Hall
  • grassed playing fields
  • networked computers in each classroom
  • a portable bank of MacBooks, PC laptops and iPads
  • a well-equipped library

Educational Program

We offer a comprehensive and stimulating curriculum that follows the NSW Educational Standards Authority syllabus across all Key Learning Areas. We also follow the Parramatta Diocesan Religious Education Guidelines - Sharing Our Story.

We offer quality teaching by staff members who are caring, professional, dedicated and hard working.

Sacred Heart Primary is a school where cooperative learning is practiced in all our classrooms. Our cooperative learning skills help children work together and support each other. Our children are taught life skills such as being able to relate, to think, to choose and to learn. The students have many opportunities to do interesting activities and learn in a positive environment.
